歴史の反復あるいはナチスの回帰（ラブロフとプーチン）

今まで何度も繰り返してきた話だが、やはりここでも再び繰り返して強調しておこう。

●ラブロフによる【歴史の反復】

……ちなみに、BRICS諸国の購買力平価ベースのGDP総額は、拡大前にもかかわらず、世界経済の調整役の「排他的クラブ」を標榜していたG7のそれを上回っていた。しかし、結局のところ、G7は、ロシア、中国、イラン、その他の競争相手の発展を封じ込める計画を策定するための、アメリカの軍事司令部と化したのである。

By the way, the total GDP based on purchasing power parity of the BRICS countries even before the expansion exceeded that of G7 that essentially competed for the role of an exclusive club and a world economy regulator. But eventually, the G7 turned into a military headquarters of the United States focused on plans to deter the development of Russia, China, Iran and other competitors.

Кстати, совокупный ВВП по паритету покупательной способности стран БРИКС, даже до расширения, превышал аналогичный показатель «Группы семи», которая по большому счету претендовала на роль «эксклюзивного клуба», регулятора мировой экономики.Однако по итогу «семерка» фактически превратилась в военный штаб Соединенных Штатов по выработке планов сдерживания развития России, Китая, Ирана и других конкурентов.

2024年2月、プーチン大統領は連邦議会での演説で、ロシアに対する攻撃の矛先が向けられており、西側諸国は「ロシアを、彼らの好きなようにできる依存的で衰退し、死にゆく空間として思い描いている」と述べた。これが、西側諸国がロシアを分断することを望んで約50カ国の連合軍に武装を呼びかけている理由である。これはナポレオンとヒトラーがやろうとしたことである。後者はヨーロッパのほぼ全土に武装を呼びかけた。しかし、ソ連領内で残虐行為を犯し、大量虐殺に参加したのはドイツ人だけではなかった。 西側の対ロシア政策の本質は常に、わが国はあまりにも強力で独立性が高く、これを変えるためには何かをしなければならない、できれば引きずり下ろすことが必要だ、という想定に基づいている。 歴史は反復する。 今日、これら50カ国は、ゼレンスキー政権の本質や、いわゆるウクライナ軍の紋章や旗さえも考慮して、ロシアに対するナチスの旗の下に再び結集した。

In February 2024, President Putin said in his Address to the Federal Assembly that the cutting point has been turned against Russia, and that the West “envisions a Russia that is a dependent, declining, and dying space where they can do as they please.” This is why they have called to arms a coalition of about 50 countries in the hope of dismembering Russia. It is what Napoleon and Hitler tried to do. The latter called nearly all of Europe to arms. But it was not only Germans who committed atrocities and took part in genocide in the territory of the Soviet Union. The essence of Western policy towards Russia has always been based on the assumption that our country is too strong and independent and that something must be done to change this, preferably by pulling it down. History repeats itself. Today, these 50 countries have again been rallied under Nazi banners against Russia, considering the essence of Zelensky’s regime or even the chevrons and flags of the so-called Ukrainian army.

Президент России В.В.Путин в феврале с.г. в послании Федеральному Собранию отметил, что «на данном этапе острие направлено против России, а вместо неё им нужно зависимое, угасающее, вымирающее пространство, где можно творить все что угодно». Ради этого собрали под ружье коалицию из порядка 50 стран, для того чтобы попытаться расчленить Россию. Этим занимался и Наполеон, и Гитлер, также поставивший под ружье практически всю Европу. Однако не только немцы творили зверства и участвовали в геноциде на территории Советского Союза. Суть политики Запада по отношению к нашей стране всегда заключалась в том, что мы слишком сильны и самостоятельны и надо «что-то» с этим делать, желательно «развалить». История повторяется. Сегодня эти 50 стран вновь собраны против России под нацистскими знаменами, учитывая суть режима В.А.Зеленского и даже шевроны и знамена бойцов так называемой украинской армии.

奇妙に思えるかもしれないが、過去にロシアを打ち負かそうとして失敗したこと、つまりヒトラーやナポレオンがロシアに対する作戦を失敗させたことへの復讐を、いまだに誰かがしようとしているのだ。歴史上、このような例は数多くあるが、驚くべきことに、敵対勢力はいまだに歴史的記憶に留めているのだ。

Strange as it may seem, someone still seeks revenge for their failed attempts to defeat Russia in the past – for Hitler’s and Napoleon’s unsuccessful campaigns against Russia.There have been many such examples in history, and surprisingly enough, our adversaries still hold them in their historical memory.

Как ни странно, кто-то хочет реванша за неудачи в борьбе с Россией ещё в исторические периоды: за неудачные походы Гитлера на Россию, Наполеона – таких исторических примеров очень много, и, как ни странно, в исторической памяти тех самых недоброжелателей, о которых я сказал, многое сохраняется, как ни странно, но я с этим сталкивался – удивительно, но факт.

◾️柄谷行人「革命と反復（Revolution and Repetition）」(2008年英語論文）より

マルクスは、『ルイ・ポナパルドのブリュメールの十八日』にて、フランス革命によって実現された共和制から生れた皇帝制の出現のなかに反復を見出している。1789年の革命において、王は処刑されて、それに引き続く共和制から、人びとの支持をともなって「皇帝」が出現した。これは、フロイトが「抑圧されたものの回帰」と呼ぶものである。

in The Eighteenth Brumaire of Louis Bonaparte, Marx finds repetition in the emergence of the empire out of the republic realized by the French Revolution.  In the Revolution of 1789, the King was executed and the Emperor emerged from the subsequent republic with the people's support. ナポレオンの構想は、ヨーロッパ共同体の原型とも言えるが、歴史のこの時点では、ヒトラーの第三帝国の前身であるヨーロッパ征服と見るのが妥当であろう。

Napoleon’s concept could be called a prototype of the European Union, but at this point in history, his scheme could be more properly seen as the precursor of Hitler’s Third Reich: the conquest of Europe.

●マルクスによる【過去の亡霊［Geister der Vergangenheit］》の呼び出し】
