『対日超党派報告書』（ジョセフ・ナイ）漏洩内容マサカ度の大幅減少

 

信憑性のほどはいざ知らず、ジョセフ・ナイの『対日超党派報告書』が2年前出回っていた。

こういうのは、知らないか、もう忘れたのかの人が多いだろうから、この際しっかり文字列で貼り付けとくよ。

１、東シナ海、日本海近辺には未開発の石油・天然ガスが眠っており、その総量は世界最大の産油国サウジアラビアを凌駕する分量である。米国は何としてもその東シナ海のエネルギー資源を入手しなければならない。   ２、そのチャンスは台湾と中国が軍事衝突を起こした時である。当初、米軍は台湾側に立ち中国と戦闘を開始する。日米安保条約に基づき、日本の自衛隊もその戦闘に参加させる。中国軍は、米・日軍の補給基地である日本の米軍基地、自衛隊基地を「本土攻撃」するであろう。本土を攻撃された日本人は逆上し、本格的な日中戦争が開始される。   ３、米軍は戦争が進行するに従い、徐々に戦争から手を引き、日本の自衛隊と中国軍との戦争が中心となるように誘導する。   ４、日中戦争が激化したところで米国が和平交渉に介入し、東シナ海、日本海でのＰＫＯ（平和維持活動）を米軍が中心となって行う。   ５、東シナ海と日本海での軍事的・政治的主導権を米国が入手する事で、この地域での資源開発に圧倒的に米国エネルギー産業が開発の優位権を入手する事が出来る。   ６、この戦略の前提として、日本の自衛隊が自由に海外で「軍事活動」が出来るような状況を形成しておく事が必要である。

いまでも、「まさか」と思う人が多いだろうが、私はヘグセス来日発言ーー"Japan would stand in the FRONTLINE in any contingency we might face " -U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegsethーーこれ以来、まさか度が大幅に減ったね。

中国は米国による日本の捨て駒化作戦を当然視しているらしいよ。

日本の外務省が9月3日の式典をめぐって馬鹿な真似したことだしな。

今からでも遅くないから石破茂にゴメンナサイを言ってもらったほうがいいと思うがね、同時にもう一度、「米国に舐められてたまるか」の強調をしつつ、ね。
