We are at war with Europe, not with the miserable, pitiful, misled Ukraine. I'm not the president, so I can say plainly: this war will not end until we defeat Europe-morally and politically. As long as Europe's deranged elites continue their latest mad dash toward a global war, I don't think a truly stable peace will be achievable.

At best, the situation might be deeply stabilized for a time because Europe will start to fall apart and revert to what it has always been: a junkyard of nations fighting each other, exporting war, colonialism, and racism.

Well, Karaganov, more than anyone else, has said what I think President Putin and Lavrov are too polite to say explicitly. Karaganov has said, look, Russia has had many red lines. But now the muddy waves of Russophobia are rising in Europe again. Another and much deeper reason for the current wave of hatred is that the present European elites are losing on all fronts. Inequality is increasing, the economy is slowing down, and the so-called “green agenda” that Europeans imposed on the world for their own benefit has failed. European societies are sinking into deep moral corruption, which makes them “outcasts” for most other nations. I am referring to all these newest very strange post-human or anti-human values that have sprung up in European societies and which they have been trying to impose on other countries. These include ultra feminism, LGBT culture, denial of history, transhumanism, and so on. To this I must add a dramatic rise in inequality, the decline of the middle class across Europe over the past 30 years, and the monstrous and evil mistake made by the European elites, who, seeking to undermine trade unions and lower the cost of their own labour, let in several waves of migrants in the 1960s and now cannot cope with them. To cover up these continuous failures and legitimise their power (they should have been thrown out of power), they have been whipping up the fear of military threat from Russia for more than 10 years. Now this fear of military threat is turning into nothing short of military hysteria. Europeans are being prepared for war, which is really shocking for us and all normal people. For the third time in a little over a hundred years, they are pushing themselves towards suicide. We must remember that Europe is a source of all of humankind’s troubles, including two world wars. They have learned nothing and once again are heading for a new world war. I hope that Russia will be able to stop the world from gambling with a third world war and rein in these elites. But there is a tough road ahead.

Three quarters of a century under U.S. (and Soviet) protection, which stabilized Europe and suppressed Europeans’ eternal mutual hostility, have destroyed Europeans’ capacity for strategic thought and intellectually crippled their elites.  The few Europeans who understand what is happening are mostly silenced by the danger of speaking out. Moreover, many Europeans subconsciously sense that Soviet/Russian elimination of their military superiority – the foundation of their 500-year-long domination – means that they can no longer grow fat through the (neo)colonial exploitation of the rest of the world. This rent was the most important source of their economic, scientific, and cultural success, and its loss is a key reason for their rabid hatred of Russia. America, by focusing on itself and its surroundings, can prosper, but Europeans cannot. They would need to work hard again, and they are not used to that. We ourselves facilitated Europe’s degradation into malicious aggression by appeasing, pacifying, and hoping that things would work out themselves. Many Russians’ Europhilia, which long ago began degenerating, also had negative consequences. I myself fell for it until, more than three decades ago, I began professionally studying European politics and life.

The Americans have realized that their military superiority—and thus ability to impose their will and interests by force – is waning, and thus their hegemony is becoming unsustainable, unprofitable, and liable to drag the U.S. into a world war. They have accordingly begun to partially withdraw. This was visible even before Trump’s second term, especially after the failure to quickly destroy Russia through the war in Ukraine (thereby eliminating it as China’s main de facto ally, and the rising World Majority’s strategic core). And after Washington began receiving Russian signals about possible nuclear escalation. The Americans may vacillate, perhaps quite dangerously, but their course is quite clear: reducing direct military involvement, but destabilizing the withdrawn-from regions so that their competitors gain nothing. Again, the Americans have somewhere to which they can retreat: a strong and dynamic economy, which can be modernized through the attraction of financial and industrial capital, with large markets nearby.

European elites have no such opportunity. Besides, they have intellectually castrated themselves. The EU has become a major tool for suppressing internal dissent. This, rather than confrontation with the USSR, has been NATO’s main function in the late 1940s. In the mid-1950s, NATO turned from a political alliance (with a defense component) into a military one, which demanded continued confrontation. Now the EU is following in its footsteps (but with a weak military component so far), and thus needs escalation at least as much as NATO does. For the foreseeable future, Europe’s elite will use escalation and war-preparation to justify the continuation of its rule. Once again, as is almost always the case throughout history, Europe is the main threat to peace. The only solution is to defeat Europe and replace its elites. But ideally without extreme measures.

おそらくヨーロッパの指導層は戦争を終えたくても終えれないのである。なぜなら敗北を認めたらニュルンベルク裁判Ⅱが待っているから。

And that’s going to be, probably not only Zelensky, but the Azov battalion people, the neo-Nazis, the Banderites, who the United States put in charge of the national security agencies, the army, the police, all of the thing, the areas that Nazis go into to control a country.

つまりヨーロッパ指導層は愚かな行動を継続する以外に選択肢のない、絶望的な人々である。いやそれはヨーロッパ指導層だけではない。
