腐敗した米国搾取システムからの脱却のために

 

アメリカのシステムが腐敗しているとしたら、個人攻撃をしてもーー例えばバイデンやブリンケン攻撃してもーー栓無き事だよ。

Israel has bought the U.S. Congress through its campaign contributors. But there’s a circular flow. Congress will give aid to Israel. Israel will use some of the aid it gets to pay back into the lobbying effort to pay the congressmen. So everything, some portion of whatever they give Israel ends up in their own pockets. That’s the circular flow we have, thanks to Citizens United and related things. So you’re having a whole system that is so dysfunctional that I think a lot of American voters think there’s nothing we can do. The system is so corrupt.

この腐敗システムの代表は、軍産複合体［Military industrial complex］だ。もちろんコロナ禍で世界的に被害を被った医産複合体［Medical Industrial Complex］の巨悪もある。一般化して言えば、腐敗した官産複合体［Bureaucratic Industrial Complex］ということになる。

この悪は機械なんだ、だから容易には止められない。

事実上の経済エリートであるトランプ、さらに経済エリート丸出しのイーロン・マスクやらが自らの首を絞める真の改革ができる筈はない。

結局、悪の根にあるのは金融資本システムにほかならない。

金融資本主義の力学はグローバルであり、国際機関（IMF、NATO、世界銀行、米国が設計した貿易および投資制裁）を利用して、不労所得階級によって制御されていない国の政府を覆そうとしている。その目的は、すべての経済を金融資本主義の世襲特権層にし、ドル化された黒字を搾り取るために厳しい反労働者政策を課すことである。

Finance capitalism's dynamics are globalist, seeking to use international organizations (the IMF, NATO, the World Bank, and US-designed trade and investment sanctions) to overrule national governments that are not con-trolled by the rentier classes. The aim is to make all economies into finance-capitalist layers of hereditary privilege, imposing austere antilabor policies to squeeze a dollarized surplus.

柄谷の英語論文で補えば、次の通り。

貨幣-貨幣' （G - G′）において、われわれは資本の非合理的形態をもつ。そこでは資本自体の再生産過程に論理的に先行した形態がある。つまり、再生産とは独立して己の価値を設定する資本あるいは商品の力能がある、ーー《最もまばゆい形態での資本の神秘化》（マルクス）である。株式資本あるいは金融資本の場合、産業資本と異なり、蓄積は、労働者の直接的搾取を通してではなく、投機を通して獲得される。しかしこの過程において、資本は間接的に、より下位レベルの産業資本から剰余価値を絞り取る。この理由で金融資本の蓄積は、人々が気づかないままに、階級格差を生み出す。これが現在、世界的規模の新自由主義の猖獗にともなって起こっていることである。

In M-M' we have the irrational form of capital, in which it is taken as logically anterior to its own reproduction process; the ability of money or a commodity to valorize its own value independent of reproduction―the capital mystification in the most flagrant form”. In the case of joint-stock capital or financial capital, unlike industrial capital, accumulation is realized not through exploiting workers directly. It is realized through speculative trades.  But in this process, capital indirectly sucks up the surplus value from industrial capital of the lower level. This is why accumulation of financial capital creates class disparities, without people's awareness. That is currently happening with the spread of neo-liberalism on the global scale.

ここで柄谷が言っている「金融資本」が、マルクス資本論3巻の「利子生み資本」、さらに「最もまばゆい形態での資本の神秘化」が資本フェティッシュとしての自動フェティッシュであり、この「自動」が先のジェフリー・サックスがいう軍産システムの機械が体現しているものである。

利子生み資本では、自動的フェティッシュ［automatische Fetisch］、自己増殖する価値 、貨幣を生む貨幣が完成されている。 Im zinstragenden Kapital ist daher dieser automatische Fetisch rein herausgearbeitet, der sich selbst verwertende Wert, Geld heckendes Geld〔･･･〕 ここでは資本のフェティッシュな姿態［Fetischgestalt］ と資本フェティッシュ ［Kapitalfetisch］の表象が完成している。我々が G - G´ で持つのは、資本の中身なき形態 、生産諸関係の至高の倒錯と物件化、すなわち、利子生み姿態・再生産過程に先立つ資本の単純な姿態である。それは、貨幣または商品が再生産と独立して、それ自身の価値を増殖する力能ーー最もまばゆい形態での資本の神秘化である。 Hier ist die Fetischgestalt des Kapitals und die Vorstellung vom Kapitalfetisch fertig. 利子生み資本全般はすべての狂気の形式の母である［Das zinstragende Kapital überhaupt die Mutter aller verrückten Formen］ （マルクス『資本論』第三巻第二十四節）

この資本フェティッシュG - G´は、資本論2巻にも次の説明がある。

貨幣-貨幣‘ ［G - G'］･･･この定式自体、貨幣は貨幣として費やされるのではなく、単に前に進む、つまり資本の貨幣形態、貨幣資本に過ぎないという事実を表現している。この定式はさらに、運動を規定する自己目的が使用価値でなく、交換価値であることを表現している。 価値の貨幣姿態が価値の独立の手でつかめる現象形態であるからこそ、現実の貨幣を出発点とし終結点とする流通形態 G ... G' は、金儲けを、資本主義的生産の推進的動機を、最もはっきりと表現しているのである。生産過程は金儲けのための不可避の中間項として、必要悪としてあらわれるにすぎないのだ。 〔だから資本主義的生産様式のもとにあるすべての国民は、生産過程の媒介なしで金儲けをしようとする妄想に、周期的におそわれるのだ。〕

G - G' (…) Die Formel selbst drückt aus, daß das Geld hier nicht als Geld verausgabt, sondern nur vorgeschossen wird, also nur Geldform des Kapitals, Geldkapital ist.
