米露交渉の死（ぺぺ・エスコバル＝アラステア・クロック）

 

前回、《このところいくらか「無政府状態への回帰」情報を追っていたが、いったんオリるよ、たぶん。》と記したところだが、ぺぺ・エスコバル＝アラステア・クロックの「面白い」情報に行き当たってしまったな、ヤムエズ掲げとくよ。

ロシア-米国交渉は事実上死んだ。 アラステア・クロックはジャッジ・ナポリターノの番組で簡潔に説明した： 《問題は、プーチン大統領がそこにいたかどうか、またはその家屋が直接標的だったかどうかではなく、その施設の下、またはその施設内に、深く埋設されたバンカーがあるということだ。それらはロシア大統領が戦争、核戦争をそのバンカーから指揮するための指揮バンカーだ。あれは指揮センターであり、それが標的だったか家屋だったかは関係なく、すべて大統領専用の施設内にある、バンカーも家屋も。 これを、まずロシアの戦略爆撃機艦隊に対する攻撃（5月か6月だったと思う）と組み合わせる。あれはドローンによる攻撃で、後で6月12日にイスラエルがイランに対する奇襲攻撃で見たモデルに酷似していた。戦略爆撃機に対する攻撃で、それらはSTART条約に基づき野外に露出していた。 さらに交渉の最中、アメリカの長距離攻撃ミサイル4発が、以前の交渉セット中に発射され、ヴォロネジに向けられた。あそこにはロシアの地平線超え早期警戒レーダーが置かれている。…戦略爆撃機艦隊も、早期警戒レーダーも、ヴァルダイの施設にある指揮バンカーも、ウクライナで起きていることとは何の関係もない。

これらはすべて核戦争に関するものだ。そして、CIAが送っているメッセージとは一体何なのか？ 私たちは正確にはわからない。モスクワでも100%確信がないと思うが、どうやらこう言っているようだ：『モスクワよ、もし我々に対して押し返してくるなら、イランやベネズエラ、または他の何かについて押し返してくるなら——見てみろ、我々はお前を排除できる、お前の戦略爆撃機を叩ける、レーダーを叩ける、指揮センターを叩ける。お前がこれを理解するよう、少しサンプルを見せてやったぞ』。 そして、これは非常に心配なメッセージだと思う。モスクワから出てくる感情を、私ははっきり見て取っているが、もう終わったということだ。交渉は帳簿から消えた。トランプとの交渉に意味はない。ただ信じられない。全く意味がない。今は交渉なしで我々の道を続け、ウクライナでのこととより広範に、アメリカ人が何を考えているかに対する備えを続けるしかない。 そして彼らは気づいている、最近のニューヨーク・タイムズの記事がこれを明確に示しているが、これはトランプが緑信号を出したものだ、製油所や輸送船への攻撃を、プーチンに対するレバレッジを高める手段として。》

RUSSIA-US NEGOTIATIONS ARE DE FACTO DEAD  Alaistar Crooke concisely explained it on Judge Nap:  "The point is not whether President Putin was there or not there, or whether he was directly targeted on that house, but beneath that compound, or in that compound are deeply buried bunkers, which are command bunkers by which a Russian president would take care of a war, a nuclear war, from that bunker. That is the command center and whether that was the target or the house, it's all on a compound, an exclusive presidential compound, the bunker as well as the house. Now, put this together with first of all the attack (that was I think in May or June) on the strategic bomber fleet of Russia. The attack by drones that were so much in the model that we later saw on the 12th of June by Israel in the surprise attack on Iran, the attack on its strategic bombers which were out in the open as per the START Treaty. Then we had during further negotiations, four long range attack missiles, American long range attack missiles were fired during a previous set of negotiations and they were fired at Voronezh where Russia has its early warning over the horizon radars. ... Neither the strategic bomber fleet, nor the early warning radars, nor the bunker, the command bunker in the compound at Valdai have anything to do with what's happening in Ukraine.

These are all to do about a nuclear war. And what is the message therefore that CIA is sending? We don't quite know what the message is. And I don't think in Moscow they're 100% sure, but it seems to be saying: 'you know if you're going to push back against us Moscow, if you're going to push back about Iran, about Venezuela, or anything else - look, we can take you out, we can hit your strategic bombers, we can hit your radars and we can hit your command center. We've just given you a little sample to see that you understand this'. And I think this is a very worrying message. And I think the sentiment in Moscow that's coming out, and I've seen this very clearly is, it's finished. Negotiations are off the page. There's no point in having negotiations with Trump. It's just not believable. It's completely no point. We just now have to continue our path without negotiations, continue doing what we're going to do in terms of Ukraine and more widely prepare against whatever it is that the Americans are thinking about. And they realize, you know, the articles in the New York Times in these last days, have spelled this out that this was green lighted by Trump, the attacks on the refineries, on the shipping, as a means of increasing leverage on on Putin."

長い間マルティン・ルターが言ったとされていた（実際はルターの言葉ではないらしいが）とても美しい文がある、《たとえ明日世界が滅びることを知ったとしても、 私は今日りんごの木を植える（Wenn ich wüsste, dass morgen die Welt unterginge, würde ich heute noch ein Apfelbäumchen pflanzen）》。やっぱり植えないとな、林檎の木じゃなくてもいいからさ。

In his latest statement on the prospect for the Ukrainian peace negotiations, John Helmer concludes that whether the latest US attack on Russia was directed at President Putin’s residence or at a component of the Russian nuclear command system, the evidence should be clear to Putin that his never-ending war is escalating as Washington gains confidence that it can overwhelm Russia’s deterrence capability. As I have predicted from the beginning of the conflict, the strategic consequences from a never-ending war are extreme as unanswered provocations increase in their extremity. The Russian people are being exhausted by a conflict before the West ever gets directly involved. Helmer wonders what Putin can do to stop the escalations his endless toleration has produced before nuclear Armageddon arrives. Just as Putin sat on his butt for eight years, doing nothing while the West created a large well-equipped army for Ukraine, Putin again is sitting on his butt, so far for four years, piddling about with a conflict that has now widened into an assassination attempt on his own life or to test the vulnerability of Russia’s deterrence capability. Whatever this behavior is, it is not leadership.
